• Check‑in from 12:00 PM; Check‑out by 11:00 AM
• Early check‑in/late check‑out subject to availability; charges may apply
• Government‑issued photo ID required for all guests at check‑in
• No sharing: the booked apartment is exclusively for the registered guests
• Maximum occupancy depends on room type; extra bed on request (additional fee).
• We accept Cash and UPI/bank transfers
• No parties. Quiet hours 10 PM – 7 AM
• No smoking/No Liquor Drinking inside apartments
• Pets not allowed
• Damage or deep cleaning will incur additional charges
• Cancellation: 48 hours prior for free cancellation (direct bookings)
